Outbound Campaign Manager (OCM)

Goldfinch has perfected the OCM model to address the right target base and also sustain the services penetration. It also has additional features, such as ‘No OBD to Roamers’ and ‘Time based OBDs’ which help operators to limit the reach and save resources.

Features of OCM:
1) Out Bound Dialer (OBD) Infrastructure: Providing all necessary hardware, software, applications and licenses to put together infrastructure to provide outbound dialers to operator

2) Operation Management: Enables the supervision, monitoring, and maintenance of the OBD infrastructure

3) OBD Team: Dedicated team that have in depth knowledge of platform, data segmentation and preparing appropriate OBDs to increase the customer engagement and revenues
