Managed Service Model (MSM)
The Managed Service Model (MSM) brings partnership value between Goldfinch and its clients. Under this model, Goldfinch is able to become integral part of its clients business and create value with enhanced focus.

The model is imperative towards understanding clients positioning, evaluating SWOT analysis and then devising strategies for effective business growth. The model is investment based as the costs are shared while long term growth is preferred for both Goldfinch and its clients. Goldfinch create suite of services post Service Gap Analysis (SGA) and provides intelligence for end delivery of service to customers through a campaign manager, thus creating opportunities for sustainable revenue model for its clients.


Outbound Campaign Manager (OCM)
Today operators spend lot of money to promote their products through TVC and Print campaigns. While this money is being spent, there is little data that guides operators if they are reaching right kind of target audience.

Within operators own sphere, they have SMS to promote their services but the response level of SMS is very limited (probably less than 0.5% response rate).

OCM acts are perfect platform to address both the above issues. The target audience can be reached with minimal spends and response factor is also healthy (conversion rate is 12% to 16%).
